ご契約までの流れ
- ご希望の条件に合う物件情報をご紹介し、条件内容の確認、現地案内を行い、物件状態を見ていただきます。
- 物件を気に入れば、申込を行い、重要事項説明・賃貸借/売買契約書等の重要書類をご理解いただけるまでご説明いたします。ご希望であれば、翻訳版の文書をお渡しいたします。
- 日本語の話せない外国の方には、電気・ガス・水道の利用開始手続きを代行します。
- それ以外の処々手続きに関しても、お気軽にお尋ねください。
また、外国の方を募集されている企業や教育機関の皆様、社宅・宿舎等の確保の際には、お気軽にお問い合わせください。
